We are back from our two weeks off!

We are busy finishing up our biography unit and trying

a new word study game (Word Warp) on the i-pad.

and shared our biographies with out classmates,

as we became experts during our Biography Unit.

We are learning about non-fiction text while exploring interesting people

in biographies. We are becoming experts and will be sharing what

we learned with each other.

JUMP ROPE FOR HEART FEBRUARY 14, 2011

We jumped for an hour to our health and in memory of those who died of heart complications

all while we raised money for the Heart Association!

Making fleece blankets for Guatemalan children

Evan's mom and dad go to third world countries

to offer corrective surgery for the children

with cleft palate. This is part of their

missionary work for their Free To Smile

Foundation. We made fleece blankets for

the babies when they come out of surgery.
